Trademark Law

We provide services to fulfill all transactions before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, namely monitoring of trademarks, registration, renewal of trademarks and drafting oppositions and responding to oppositions filed by third parties for trademark applications.

We also have extensive experience in tracking trademark registrations in almost every country throughout the world, in the framework of filing of international trademark applications and cooperation with our solution partners operating in other countries.

Cases involving stopping and prevention of registered trademark infringements and invalidations of registered trademarks constitute the highlights of our expertise.

Patent and Useful Models Law

We provide services both at national and international level, together with our patent attorneys and consultants, to establish patent regulatory strategies and to ensure that our Clients' inventions are valued the best.

On the other hand, validation of PCT and EP patent applications in the local institution is one of our main fields of activity. International patent applications of our Clients are translated with our expert patent translators and are submitted to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

As ATG Law Firm, we serve both top-level domain names as well as assignment of domain names with country codes.

In addition, we have extensive experience with domain name disputes in the files seen before ICANN-accredited arbitration mechanisms, particularly the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center and the National Arbitration Forum.
