Zeliha Özpınar

Zeliha is a registered attorney at law before the Istanbul Bar Association.

Zeliha provides support to her foreign and domestic clients from various industries including tobacco, cosmetics, fashion, watch, technology, restaurant, education and construction in trademark, copyright, industrial design, utility model and domain name related disputes as well as settlement negotiations thereof.

Her practice involves civil litigation matters such as invalidation, cancellation, infringement and unfair competition actions, and criminal litigation matters before the civil and criminal IP-specialized courts. She also advises on all administrative proceedings before the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and manages customs recordals before the General Directorate of Customs.

Zeliha is the co-author of multiple articles relating to her practice of law.

She graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Law in the year 2017.
