Kerem Bıçakçı

Kerem Bıcakçı is an associate at ATG Law Firm. Kerem is supporting trademark and patent owners to navigate intellectual property disputes, as well as to establish, manage and protect intellectual property assets in Turkey. His practice is focused on trademark and patent disputes, copyright and unfair competition matters, data protection compliance and intellectual property prosecution.

Kerem advises Clients on managing global trademark portfolios and assists on developing tailor-made strategies. These strategies generally combine different legal mechanisms to address the complexities and details of the portfolios and the Client’s commercial targets.

Kerem assists Clients in resolution of patent disputes as well as patent registration and management procedures both locally and internationally. He also advises Clients in compliance of operational policies, procedures and processes to data protection regulations.

He holds a LLB Degree from İstanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law. He has proficiency both in English and in French.
