İrem Karasüleymanoğlu is a senior associate at ATG Law Firm. With her almost 10 years’ experience at reputable law firms specialized in IP and IT Law in Turkey, İrem’s practice focuses on registration and protection of IP rights, portfolio management and strategy, IP dispute resolution through administrative and litigation proceedings.

İrem represents our clients from various fields before Turkish courts with regard to trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright and unfair competition disputes. She also advises our clients on registration, protection and management of their IP rights both in Turkey and worldwide.

İrem graduated from İstanbul University Law Faculty in 2012 and started the master program of Information and Technology Law in İstanbul Bilgi University.

İrem has co-authored many articles regarding trademarks and domain names published on well-respected national and international publications, and is one of the professionals listed in IAM Patent 1000 2024 for patent litigation and transactions.
