Ekin Güven Aksoy

Ekin Güven Aksoy is a senior associate at ATG Law Firm. Ekin is engaged in the fields of Intellectual Property Law, Corporate and Commercial Law and Litigation. Her practice is focused on anti-counterfeiting matters as well as intellectual property prosecution. She assists the team in criminal and civil intellectual property cases.

She advises clients on building trademark and patent protection strategies and manages investigations as well.

Ekin actively works to protect, enforce and commercialize Client’s intellectual property rights in Turkey. She regularly advises Clients on developing and implementing strategies for the trademark and designs, as well as dealing with licensing, unfair competition matters and domain name disputes.

Ekin assists Clients to use a range of legal actions to protect their rights, mainly as filing infringement, invalidation and unfair competition actions, as well as conducting raids to seize counterfeit products.

Ekin is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law and holds a LLM Degree in Economy Law from Istanbul Bilgi University. Ekin is a member of The European Law Students’ Association.
